Zoi Jackson
April 29, 1938 — July 31, 2016
Ms. Zoi A. Jackson, 78, of New Market, died Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Northampton Manor Health Care.
Born April 29, 1938 in Asmara Eritrea Ethiopia, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Polixeni (Scapetti) Frangoulis.
In addition to raising her children, Zoi worked as an accountant for many years.
Zoi is survived by son Richard Jackson and wife Celeste of New Market; daughter, Denise Lema and husband Ryan of California; five grandchildren; four siblings, Androniki Trucco, Emanuel Frangoulis, Athanasia Frangoulis, and Irene Bannowsky; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by three siblings, Theodosis Frangoulis, Glykeria Frangoulis, and Vlassi Frangoulis.
A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday August 5, 2016 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Officiating will be the Rev. Matt Sergent.
Interment will be private.
