Winifred Forarty

Mrs. Winifred Danz Fogarty, age 91, died peacefully on December 4, 2017 with her family by her side in Adamstown, Maryland.
Born in Elmont, NY, and raised her family in Wantagh. She was the daughter of the late George and Margaret Martin. The cherished wife to the late William Danz for 36 years, then later found love again with the late Harry Fogarty.
Mrs. Fogarty was the loving mother of Peggy Kazdan (Bill), Bill Danz, Teri Butler (Gary), Jim Danz, and Patty Montello (Michael).
She was greatly loved by 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Wednesday, December 6, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Oppssumtown Pike, Frederick.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 7, at St. Timothy's Catholic Church, 8651 Biggs Ford Road, Walkersville. Interment will take place in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, NY.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Frederick County, PO Box 1799, Frederick, MD 21702.
