Mr. William Raymond Whitten, 45, of Cumberland died on Sunday October 18, 2009 at his home.
Born on February 11, 1964 in Corpus Christi, Texas he was the son of William J. and D'Arline Dunn Whitten of Middletown, MD.
William attended Montgomery College and was associated with Hobbies Plus in Cumberland. He enjoyed building electric and gas model airplanes and radio controlled cars.
