William Carroll "Bill" Cline, Sr.

Mr. William Carroll "Bill" Cline, Sr., 70, of Frederick died Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the loving husband of Connie E. Cline of 48 years.
Born March 11, 1946 in Covington, VA, he was the son of the late William Harrison and Clara E. Cline.
He retired as Chief Plumbing Inspector for Loudoun County Public Works Department.
He was a trustee and founding member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Frederick.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, William C. Cline, Jr., and wife, Christy Marie Cline; grandchildren, Zachary Austin Cline, Drayven Daniel Maddox Cline and Bailey Marie Cline; sisters, Addie McDaniel and husband, J.W., Ruby Andrews and husband Earl, and JoAnn Mize and husband C.J.; and brother, Bobby E. Cline.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 1 from the funeral home chapel. Officiating will be Rev. W. Carey Cox and Pastor David Dorsey.

Interment will follow in Jefferson Reformed Cemetery.
