William “Billy” Robert Fagan, Jr. 41 of Mt. Airy, MD passed away on Sunday, September 28th, 2014.
Born September 25, 1973 in Olney, Maryland he is the son of Frank and Wanda Hart of Poolesville, MD.
Billy was a very talented chef and skilled in myriad of trades. His personality was dynamic. He really enjoyed caring for people and he loved making them laugh. The world lost a wonderful person.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Jacob Robert Fagan, brothers, Nicky and Charley Hart, grandparents, William and Annabelle Nicholson and his uncle Thomas Fagan.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Monday, October 6th from 6:00-9:00pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 7th at 10:00AM.
Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
