William Harold Young, Jr. 58, of New Market, Maryland, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, MD
Born on April 1, 1959, he was the son of the late William Harold Young Sr. and Alice Mae (Jackson) Young.
Affectionately known as Rusty, he honorably served our country with the US Army for 21 years and with the Air Force for 4 years. He was a Fayetteville North Carolina Police officer for 4 years before becoming a Security Specialist at the Pentagon, where he worked for the last ten years.
He enjoyed watching western movies and most especially he loved his dogs, two Chihuahuas and two Chow Chows.
He is survived by wife of 30 years, Sylvia Padilla Young: sons, Amado Padilla Benavides, and Anthony Padilla Benavides; sister, Patricia Ryan; brother, Barry Young; favorite uncle, Neal Young; grandchildren, Taylor and Lorynne Benavides; great grandchildren, Marshall and Axel. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick MD.
