William Row, Sr.

William S. Row, Sr, 76, formerly of Sharpsburg, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Reeder's Memorial Home in Boonsboro.
Born on July 15, 1936, he was the son of the late Roy R. and Sarah (Stoner) Row. His wife, Shirley L. (Stull) Row, preceded him in death in 2000.
He retired in 1998 from BFI in Hagerstown.
He is survived by three daughters, Donna K. Marcum and husband Dennis of Sharpsburg, Rebecca A. Wilson and husband Steve and Nancy L. Row, all of Hagerstown; one son, William S. Row, Jr. of Marlowe, West Virginia; two sisters, Anna Nicodemus of Boonsboro, and Esta Richards of Williamsport; and one brother, Roy Row, Jr. of Sharpsburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra J. Marcum; and his sister, Sarah Stull.
A graveside funeral ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at Fairview Cemetery in Keedysville. Rev. Duane R. Musgrove will officiate.
