William Leatherman

Mr. William T. Leatherman, 82, of Walkersville, MD, formerly of Aliquippa, PA, died at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Minnie Ineva Shaffer Leatherman, his wife of 56 years.
Born on December 1, 1933 in Frostburg, MD, he was the son of the late John W. and Elizabeth Arnold Leatherman. Bill served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a steel worker for J&L/LTV Steel in Aliquippa, PA.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Thomas Leatherman and wife Karla of Round Rock, TX; a great grandson and two great granddaughters.
A committal service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 20, in the Beaver Cemetery Chapel with interment to follow in the cemetery.
