Wayne Davis

Wayne Davis, 64, of Dickerson, passed from this life on Sunday, June 24 at Transitions Healthcare, Sykesville. Born on November 22, 1953, in Frederick, he was the son of Glenn Davis and Mildred (Rice) Davis.
Wayne was a 1971 graduate of Frederick High School. He was a Master Plumber. In his spare time, Wayne loved to farm, raise livestock and grain. He enjoyed tinkering and repairing his antique tractors.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Darwin Davis and his wife Susan as well as a niece Christina Sanders and her husband Zac.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 28 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. A celebration of Wayne's life journey will take place immediately following visitation in the chapel of the funeral home. Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick.
