Born on April 6, 1951, in Frederick, MD he was the son of the late Glenn Monroe and Ethel Elizabeth (O'Neal) Klipp.
Buster proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1969-1972 and worked for Dairy Maid Dairy for 40 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Oscar (Tina), Missy (Brad), Frank (Mary), Heather and Charlie and his fur baby Tiny; many grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia May (Dick), Connie Haines (Ernie), Linda Maddox (Darrell) and brother, Jerry Klipp.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Klipp.
The family will receive friends from 11am-12 pm and 3-5 pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2024,s at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. (Fred), 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD. Interment will be private.
