Mrs. Wanda Wells, 74, of Mt.Airy, died on Sunday November 28, 2010, at FrederickMemorialHospital. She was the wife of the late Roby H. Wells.
Born on November 30, 1935, in Nehaul, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Phyllis Turner Shrader.
She was a member of Lighthouse Ministries, Mt.Airy.
Surviving is a daughter, Pamela Adams and husband Floyd of Ijamsville. One son Roby Lee Wells of Mt.Airy. Granddaughter, Amanda Adams of Ijamsville. Siblings; Buddy Shrader and wife Louise of Mt. Airy, Ted Shrader and wife Linda of Silver Spring, Connie Lawson of Virginia, Ronnie Lawson of West Virginia, Gail Bright and husband Richard of West Virginia, Anita Lambert and husband Carl of Virginia, Eddie Shrader of Baltimore, Jean Roston and husband Bud of Virginia and Curtis Lawson and wife Julie of Ijamsville. Special sister and brother in laws; Debbie Huerta of Gaithersburg, Carolyn Fenley and husband Mike of North Carolina and Barney Wells and wife Sandra of Virginia. Also remembered by special relatives, Ann Bishop and husband Bob, Shane and Gayle Shrader and Kyle Lawson. Special neighbors, Renee and Harold Willis. Social lunch buddies, Carolyn, Pat, Ruby, Charlotte, Jean, Ann and Carol. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Barry, Tommy and Dean Shrader.
Friends may call from 6-9pm on Wednesday December 1, 2010 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday December 2, 2010, at the Lighthouse Ministries, 28912 Ridge Road, Mt. Airy, MD . 21771.
Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
Pallbearers will be; Tony Shrader, Shane Shrader, Curtis Lawson, Paul Huerta, Charlie Harshman and Brian Buckman.
