Walker Roach, Sr.

Mr. Walker L. Roach, Sr., 76, of Mt.Airy, died on Thursday August 26, 2010 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Ramona K. Roach.
Born on July 30, 1934 in Washington D. C. he was the son of the late Frank L. and Alma Taylor Roach.
Surviving in addition to his wife are children; Walker L. Roach Jr., and wife Amanda of Knoxville, Michael P. Roach and wife Karen of Martinsburg, WV., Dennis P. Roach Sr. and wife Melissa of Frederick and Mona Boersen and husband Bryan of New Market. Grandchildren; Dennis Jr., Scotty, Angel, Marshall and Morgan Roach and Katherine and Christopher Boersen. Brother Bill Roach and wife Betty of Louisa, VA. Sister Thelma Mae Minick of Silver Spring.
The family will receive friends on Saturday September 11, 2010 one hour prior to services from 5-6pm, at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt.Airy, were Memorial Services will be held at 6:00pm. Reverend Wallace Lusk will officiate. Interment will be private.
