Vivian L. (Moser) Young, age 73, a resident of Cleveland, Tennesse and formerly of Keedysville, Maryland, passed away on the evening of Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the home of her daughter.
Born on March 14, 1936, Vivian was the daughter of the late Alvey and Grace (Gross) Moser. Her husband, Arnold S. Young Sr., and her brother; Gerald Leonard Moser also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Young was retired from London Fog Outerwear with 30 years of service. She enjoyed gardening and shopping in the outlets. Mrs. Young loved cats especially Siamese cats and watching wildlife. She attended the Trinity Church of God in Brunswick, Maryland.
She is survived by her daughter, Lucinda L. “Cindy” Divel and her husband Roger of Cleveland, Tennessee; one son, Arnold S. Young, Jr. of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; three grandsons, Arnold S. Young, III and his friend Tammy of Falling Waters, West Virginia; Michael A. Young of Boonsboro, Maryland and Corey D. Divel and his wife Jessica of Cleveland, Tennessee; five great grandchildren, Christopher and Ryan Young of Falling Waters, West Virginia; Olivia, Christian and Vivian Nicole Divel of Cleveland, Tennessee; and three brothers, Alvey C. Moser and his wife Arlene of Hagerstown, Maryland; Wayne C. Moser and his wife Doris of Port Charlotte, Florida; and Ronald C. Moser and his wife Linda of Sharpsburg, Maryland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life graveside service and interment will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2009 from the Boonsboro Cemetery in Boonsboro, Maryland. Pastor Gary Getridge will officiate.
