Mother Vivian L. Hines, 66, of Frederick, MD was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the loving wife, of 43 years, to the late Deacon Robert Hines, Jr.
Born July 13, 1947 in Phoenix, AZ, she was the daughter of Opal Jones and the late Robert Washington.
Mrs. Hines was a member of Anointing of Christ Fellowship Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Vivian is survived by her brother Maurice, three children Michelle (Brenden), LaShan (Daryl), and Robert III, grandchildren Michael, Dwayne, Jasmine, Robert IV, Marcus, Elexsis, Sahara, Quintin, Jaydess, Bliss and two nieces including special niece Chantelle Green-Chittams (Ellis), and her sisters-in-law Patricia, Connie and Denise. She was preceded in death by her baby boy Kundu Ali Hines.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Friday, April 11, from 12:00 pm until service time at 1:00 pm. Pastor Evette Campbell will officiate.
Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
