Vina Mae {Halbert} Ricker

Mrs. Vina Mae (Halbert) Ricker, 92, of Frederick, died Friday, Dec. 4, 2009. She was the wife of the late Warren G. Ricker, who died in 2002.

Born in Kansas City, Mo., on Oct. 1, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Leroy A. and Mary Latham Halbert.

Surviving are three children, Mary Lou (Ricker) Mall and her husband, Neil, of Frederick, Paul Leroy Ricker and wife, Karen, of Hilton Head Island, N.C., and Raymond Goold Ricker and wife, Lillian, of Rockville; grandchildren, Warren Scott Ricker, Kerry Lynn (Ricker) Beinhauer, Daniel Neil Mall, Rebecca Elizabeth (Mall) Edwards, Sean Raymond Ricker and Joseph Michael Ricker; and great-grandchildren, Daniel Bennett, Tomer Hanan Ricker, Hannah Elizabeth Beinhauer, Daphne Nicole Mall, Eileen Sierra Mall and Noah Rees Edwards.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.

Services: Services will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7, in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Tim May will officiate. Interment will be private in Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville.
