Troy Suddith

Troy Michael Suddith, 49, of Monrovia, Maryland, passed away peacefully from this life on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Kline Hospice House in Mt. Airy, Maryland.

Troy is survived by his wife, Catherine Maselka and children, Keagan and Cade Suddith; his mother, Kathleen Ann (Burchette) King of Rock Hill, South Carolina: Aunt Carole Burchette of Annapolis, Maryland; Uncle Bill Burchette and grandfather, William Burchette of Sarasota, Florida.

Troy graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA degree in Communications after which he started a career in wireless communications. Working in RF Solutions and Wireless Engineering for Nextel, Sprint and finally with Corning Inc. as the Director of Engineering & Services from 2013 until his passing.

Troy was very dedicated to his family, friends and his work. He was a super dad who could do it all and shared a passion for sports, music and a good IPA. Troy will be missed dearly by many who met and worked with him over the years.

A celebration of Troy’s life will be announced at a later date.
