Trey James Starks, 21, of Frederick, MD passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Born January 8, 1992, he is the son of Kymberli M. Viruso Starks and Paul R. Starks. In addition to Treys parents, he is survived by his father in Florida, George Cocilova, siblings, Reece, Erik, Billy, Nicholas, Madison Cocilova and Allie Pender; Grandparents Carleton and Patricia Carpenter, Phillip and Barbara Viruso, Richard and Marilyn Fitzpatrick, and step father Charles A Marshall III of Wilmington, DE and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Trey is preceded in death by his sister, Lauren. Family will receive friends from 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM Friday, August 23, 2013 at Mount Airy Bible Church, 16700 Old Frederick Road, Mount Airy, MD 21771. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 24, 2013, 11:00 AM at the church. Family will also receive friends one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
