Traci Sue Kime

Traci Sue Kime passed away suddenly on September 11, 2024, at the age of 60. Born on July 17, 1964, in Bethesda, MD. Traci had a vibrant spirit whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. She was known for her playful personality, which made her a beloved presence among family and friends. She had a deep love and special passion for animals, particularly cats and dogs.  

Traci worked as a licensing assistant for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and retired with nearly 32 years of government service.  

Traci is survived by her children, son Jordan Kime (Autumn), daughter Taylor Kime, and daughter Savannah Hamrick, her father James Kime (Judy), sister Deani Furst (David), sister Jana Bailey (Bob), her grandchildren, Chloe, Jody, Paislee, and Everleigh. She is fondly remembered by her nieces and nephew: Ashley Waldron (Justin), Erika Riffle-Barb (Melissa), Dylan Riffle (Sarah), and Grace Bailey, as well as, a close family friend, Martin Jones. Traci will be deeply missed by many extended family members and a community of friends who will forever remember her spirit. 

Traci was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Camille (Davis) Kime and James Hadley (biological father). 

Family and friends are invited to join together in celebrating Traci’s life. A visitation and memorial will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Stauffer Funeral Home in Frederick, MD.
