Beloved father, son, brother, uncle, grandson, friend, and coworker, he will be missed by many. He is survived by his precious children, Lyndon Aurora, Lucas Andrew, and Adeline Jolene; his parents, Tim and Diane; sister, Kristin Murphy and husband, Chris Murphy; Rachael Zimmerman; nephews, Tucker, Dax, Connor, Taleb, Leeland; and niece, Rosabelle; and grandparents, Joe and Barb Zimmerman.

When he wasn’t working tirelessly to support his country and coworkers, he enjoyed making memories with his children and family. He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman from boyhood on to include camping, traveling, hiking, exploring, kayaking, and more. He was very practical, and could always be found with survival gear, gadgets, and a plan to save anyone or anything in any situation he found himself in. You could always count on him to channel his inner child and enjoy water parks, roller coasters, board games, bounce houses with his kids, niece, nephews, tease his loved ones endlessly, and always bring a smile to the faces of those around him.
A Celebration of Life honoring the life of Timothy will be held with visiting from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD. This will be a time to celebrate him and share memories with friends and family. His wishes were to be buried at sea, so his ashes will be with us before he goes out on his last deployment.
