Thomas Paxton Eaton, 66, passed away on March 22, 2025, in Monrovia, Maryland.

Born on January 14, 1959, in Portland, Oregon, Tom was a man of quiet strength, and sincerity. He built a life rooted in honesty and kindness, qualities that defined both his personal and professional endeavors. A dedicated business owner, he owned and operated Eaton Irrigation, where he took great pride in his work and the relationships he built through his business.

Beyond his career, Tom had a deep appreciation for creativity and the outdoors. He found joy in landscaping, woodworking, painting, and drawing—expressing himself through both craftsmanship and artistry. An avid reader, he could often be found immersed in books. He also had a passion for motorcycle riding, embracing the freedom of the open road with his good friends and family whenever he could. It's also been said that he was also a pretty good ping pong player.

Tom is survived by his mother, Patricia Eaton; his wife, Joan Eaton; his sister, Nancy Bender; his son, John Paxton Eaton; his daughter, Lauren Patricia Eaton ; his stepchildren Brittany, Shannon and Joseph Moore and his beloved grandchildren Layla Eaton, Delaney Eaton, and Quinn Eaton. He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth Eugene Eaton, and his brother, Theodore Eugene Eaton.

His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Tom will be greatly missed.
