Thomas Lear Jr.

Thomas William Lear Jr., passed away unexpectedly at his home in Knoxville on November 24, 2021. He was the beloved husband to Joyce Lear for nearly 33 years.

Born on March 14, 1967, in Alexandria, VA, he was the son of Mary Moore.

Thomas served his country by being in the Air National Guard for several years. He was employed with US Paving where he had worked the last 16 years. He was an active member of the Moose Lodge in Charles Town, WV and the American Legion post 96. His favorite time was spent with his wife and his granddaughter who lived with them.

In addition to his wife and mother, he was survived by his daughter, Heather Green and granddaughter Kaydence Green, son Thomas Lear III, daughter Erica Ramsey and her 3 children. He is also survived by his siblings, Marie Sigler, Dorothy Snyder, Patricia Bradfield and Teresa Hays and numerous nieces and nephews.
