Thomas Ward

Mr. Thomas Eugene Ward, 52, of Walkersville died unexpectedly on Monday, June 21, 2021 at his home. He was the loving husband of Nancy E. Ward for 24 years.

Born September 24, 1968, he was the son of William Ward of Brunswick and the late Nancy (Wastler) Ward.

He grew up on a farm and knew the value of hard work. Over the years, he worked as a warehouse supply manager at HD Supply, and had his own lawn care business. He was a loving father to his three children and coached flag football when his children were younger.

He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by three children, Kirsten Alexandra Ward, Thomas Jeremiah Ward and Christopher Matthew Ward; a sister, Nancy Snyder; and two brothers, James Ward and Joseph Ward.

A celebration of life service will begin at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 21 E. Frederick Street, Walkersville, MD 21793 with Pastor Gary Hubble officiating.
