Thomas Baker, Sr.

Mr. Thomas “Tommy” R. Baker Sr., 63, of Mt. Airy died on Monday July 5, 2010.
Born on January 23, 1947 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Hayward and Virginia Baker.
Tommy was an avid lover of motorcycles and was a member of the Harley Owners Club. He was a veteran and served in the U.S. Army 173
rd
Airborne during Vietnam.
Surviving are three children; Tom R. Baker Jr., and wife Tracy L. of Ranson W.V; Robert W. Baker of Mt. Airy, and Barbara Vasquez of Rockville. Seven grandchildren; Tommy, Alex and Tyler Baker, Robert Baker Jr. and Nick, Chris, and Nicole Vasquez. One sister Marie Freeman of Lewes, DE.
The family will receive friends on Friday July 9, from 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd. Mt. Airy. Services and interment will be private.
