Tess M. "Tesser" Heavner

Tess M. "Tesser" Heavner, 50, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Frederick Health Hospital.

Born on February 26, 1972, in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harold Clifton Heavner and Betty Louise (Wachter) Heavner.

Tess enjoyed trips to Jellystone Park, jewelery that had bling, tossing a ball, bright colors, and all things Christmas, especially receiving gifts.

She is survived by her long time guardian, Carol A. Norris; brothers, Harold D. Heavner and his wife, Angie, of Tennessee and Robert C. Heavner of Frederick; stepsister, Dawn Hawes of Thurmont; and her Community Living family. 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 40 Fulton Avenue, Walkersville. Rev. Richard Frederick will officiate. Burial will be at Glade Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home in Walkersville.
