Terry Mose
April 21, 1939 — April 22, 2016
Terry Leon Mose, 77, of Sharpsburg, Maryland passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at the Mertius Medical Center.
Born in Hagerstown on April 21, 1939, he was the son of the late Jerome and Lydia (McGraw) Mose. He was preceded in death by his wife Shelby (Breeden) Mose and a step son, Allen Smith in 2007.
He graduated from Boonsboro High School in 1957.
Worked and retired after 40 years with the Charlton Brothers Transportation Company.
Terry was a contract hauler for the Herald Mail Company for 36 years.
He was a lifetime member of the Sharpsburg Volunteer Fire Company and had served chief for ten years from 1969 to 1979.
He is survived by his daughter Sylvia Spinelli and husband Thomas; sister Dixie Grimm and brother Larry Mose; step grandchildren and nephews.
Burial took place in the Mountain View Cemetery in Sharpsburg.
