Terriann "Terri" Tout McNeil,42 , of Frederick, MD passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Bradley McNeil for 11 years.
Born March 7, 1970 in Utica NY, she was the daughter of Rose Marie Burns Tout of Minoa,NY and the late James F. Tout. She is also survived by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gary and Carol McNeil of GA.
Terri received her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University. She worked as a project manager for F.I.T.C.I. in Frederick. Terri loved spending time with her two boys, they were her pride and joy. She also enjoyed writing, hiking, spending time at the beach and anything outdoors.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Owen and Noah McNeil of Frederick; sister Kristin Wall and husband Gregory of Clay, NY; brother -in-law Michael Rosenblatt and wife Katherine of Albany, NY; sister-in-law Carrie Herron and husband Peter of Simsbury, CT; brother-in-law Jeffrey McNeil and wife Sandy of Silver Spring, MD and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her sister Mary-Jo Rosenblatt.
The family will receive friends at the Frederick Christian Fellowship Church, 10142 Hansonville Rd., Frederick on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 10-11:30 AM where a memorial service will begin at 11:30 AM to celebrate Terri's life. Pastor Janet Cregger will officiate.
Interment will be private.
