Terri Lee Smith

Terri Lee Smith, 57, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, March 27, 2023 at Doey's House in Hagerstown, MD.  She was the beloved wife of Dwight Smith for 31 years. 

Born on April 8, 1965, in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of the late Howard Lee Tracey and Olive Geraldine (Bothwell) Nusbaum. 

Terri graduated from the Hagerstown Business College and worked as a coder in the medical industry.  She most recently worked for Turner's Dual Lanes Bowling Alley.  Terri loved camping, NASCAR and most of all her dachshund's, Squirtsie, Stormy and Sissy. 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter,  Erica Jones and husband Matt; granddaughter, Briana Jones; sister Nancy Miller and husband Gary, sister, Bonnie Grove, mother-in-law, Jane Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by step-daughter, Dawn Renee Smith, brother, Paul Steven Devore and wife Alice Devore and father-in-law Charles Smith. 

The family will receive friends from 10-11 am on Friday, March 31, 2023 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. (Brunswick), 1100 North Maple Avenue in Brunswick, MD where a  celebration of Terri's life journey will take place at 11 am. Interment will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery (Jefferson) in  Jefferson, MD.
