Mrs. Tatiana V. Gagarine, age 89, of Boonsboro, MD, died Thursday, January 29, 2009 at her home.
Born February 13, 1919 in Pensacola, Fla., she was a daughter of the late Leonid and Ludmila Kourtener Vassilieff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexis Gagarine in Jan. of 1994.
She is survived by two children, Michael Gagarine of Boonsboro, and Eleana G. Shipman of Lancaster, PA;one sister, Era Wohner of Norfolk, VA, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 4 P.M. Wednesday, at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home in Boonsboro. the Rev. Dennis Buck will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 to 4 P.M. at the funeral home.
