Tanya Sansaricq, 69, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in Frederick, MD
Born on July 10, 1947, in Moscow, Russia, she was the daughter of Emily Yermakova.
Tanya obtained her Mechanical Engineering Degree at a university in Moscow, Russia.
She worked as a contractor at IBM, Loral and then at Lockheed Martin in Gaithersburg, MD. Tanya also taught Russian at Frederick Community College and from home she taught classical piano.
Tanya was a ballet dancer and gymnast. She also competed as a slalom skier and more important, she was the love of her husband, Harry's, life. She will always occupy a special place in his heart. She suffered in pain for many years and now she is with God. May she Rest in Peace. She will be loved always.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Harry Sansaricq of Frederick; and her step father Bagdan of Moscow, Russia.
A celebration of Tanya's life journey will take place at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick.
Memorial donations may be made to the Frederick Rescue Mission where she volunteered.
