Sylvia Yvonne Haller Quesenberry, 81, of Brunswick, went to be with Her Lord on January 13, 2018. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Archie Thomas Quesenberry in 2016.
Born in Brunswick, MD, on January 2, 1937, she was the daughter of the late James C. and Dorothy HallerShe grew up in Brunswick and graduated from Brunswick High School in 1955. She worked several jobs throughout her life, including at National Geographic, several florists, and provided nanny services.
She is survived by her children, Bridget Wiles (Mike), Dennis Dru Quesenberry, Tamara Holley (Bruce), and Shawn Andrews (Chuck), 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by a grand-daughter Christy Wilson, and a sister, Beverly Ayers. She is also survived by a brother, Benson Haller.
Sylvia loved her family and loved regaling them with stories of her past. She was a founding member of Potomac Believers Fellowship and was an integral part of the ministry of the church. She was a great friend to many and will be dearly missed.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, from 3-5pm and 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Ave., Brunswick. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 18, at Stauffer Funeral Home at 11am with Pastor Chuck Andrews officiating.
