Stephen E. Peters, Jr., {Papal}, 55 of Walkersville, Maryland died suddenly on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 following a work related accident.

He was the husband of Arlene Robinson Peters. They where married for 30 years.

Born July 2, 1951 In Beckley, West Virginia he was the son of Stephen E. Peters, Sr. and Jodi Craddock Peters of Florida.

Stephen served in the Marine Corp in Vietnam.
Stephen was employed with Montgomery County Government in the Division of Fleet Management Services. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Frederick. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and his parents he is survived by his two daughters, Jeannette Marie Poole and husband Thomas of Thurmont, MD and Nicole Virginia Kidwell and husband Michael of Hagerstown, MD, three grandchildren, Ashlyn Peters, Vallery Dean and Alexis Kidwell, a brother-in-law, David A. Robinson of Silver Spring, two sisters, Cathy Petersen and husband Robert, Jeri Baker and husband Steve, one brother Mark Peters and wife Linda and his numerous nieces and nephews.

He will also be remembered by his special friends, Chris Broschart and Jim Schatz and all of his Friends at Montgomery County Fleet Services.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 2:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick with the Pastor Joseph Brown.
Interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Diabetic Association or the Hospice of Frederick County.
