Mr. Stephen E. Skinner, 67, of Mount Airy, Passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 in Frederick. Born May 27, 1946 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Samuel C. and Marie M. Federici Skinner. He is survived by his brother, Michael Skinner and Fiancé, Robin Brown of Malabar, Fl. Stephen is also survived by numerous family and special friends. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed the times spent on the course with his friends. He leaves behind his pet companion, Jeter. He was employed as a HVAC Technician with NIH for many years. Family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy, MD 21771 from 11am-12 noon on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 with funeral services following at 12 noon.
