Stella M. Delbrook, 97, of Walkersville, MD, passed from this life on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Edenton Retirement Center in Frederick, MD. She was the wife of the late George Delbrook.
Born on November 28, 1925, in Salisbury, PA, she was the daughter of the late Clay Murray and Elsie Murray (Fuller).
She is survived by her son, Gary Delbrook (Cindy), daughter; Carol Offutt (Bob); grandchildren, Amy Clower (Dwight), Jennifer Offutt, Josh Offutt (Katie). Great-grandchildren Chris Offutt (Tori), Kadence Offutt; great-great-grandchild Charlotte Offutt, and several step grandchildren, step-great grandchildren and step great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Bob and Sam, and sisters Joann, Shirley and Doris.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Frank, Bill, Mike, Roy, and Dale. Sisters Marcella, Betty, Alma, Norma, Wilma, Emma, and Reta.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. in Walkersville, MD, 40 Fulton Avenue in Walkersville, MD.
There will be a viewing one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday, February 27, 2023.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glade Cemetery in Walkersville, MD.
