Shealy Clipp, Jr.

Shealy "Doc" W. Clipp, Jr., 56, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, August 1, 2011 his home.
Born on March 15, 1955, in Hagerstown, he is the son of Shealy W. Clipp, Sr. of Hagerstown, and the late Christina (Fraley) Clipp.
Doc attended Sharpsburg Elementary School as a child and held various odd jobs throughout his life. He was a member of the Sharpsburg Church to the Brethren.
Along with his father, Doc is survived by two brothers, Keith D. Clipp and his wife Sandy of Sharpsburg, and Clark A. Clipp and his wife Susie of Hagerstown.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother Mark A. Clipp, Sr. in 1985.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Mountain View Cemetery in Sharpsburg. Rev. Michael Manthos will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro.
