Scott Lyon

Mr. Scott Lyon, 57, of Frederick died Friday, December 15, 2017 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was the loving husband of Jennifer Lyon, whom he married in 2011.
Born March 14, 1960 in Cheverly, MD, he was the son of Mildred and Edwin Lyon III of Myersville.
Scott was General manager of Terrace Lanes in Frederick, where he had worked for over 15 years. He was a master mechanic and a genius with cars.
He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by four children, Ashley Ambrose and husband, Jared, of Baltimore, Joshua Lyon, Colin Lyon and Annalese Abigail Lyon; three grandchildren, Evie Ambrose, Sawyer Ambrose, and infant son Ambrose; three siblings, Thomas R. Lyon of Richmond, VA, Loretta L. Delehanty of Charlottesville, VA, and Edwin Lyon IV of Sterling, VA; two nephews; four nieces; in-laws, Francis and Anna Bidinger; and numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 22 from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
