Sarah J. Knox, 82, of Clarksburg, died on Friday November 20, 2009 at Montgomery Village Health Care Center, Montgomery Village.
Born on July 19, 1927 in Middletown, She was the daughter of the late Keefer and Lottie Routzan Adkins.
She loved her animals and spending time with her family.
Surviving are two daughters Sally Hoffman of Clarksburg and Terry Lynn Knox Castle. One sister Elva Castle of Middletown. She was preceded in death by a sister Mary Godfrey and brothers Earl and John Adkins.
