Mr. Samuel J. Futrowsky, 57, of Frederick died on Saturday February 7, at his home.
Born in Washington D. C. on September 18, 1951 he was the son of the late Charles and Mary Eason Futrowsky.
Surviving are one sister Arva Sounder and her husband John of Georgia. God Daughters Krystal Thompson and Jennifer Backus and her husband Peter all of Frederick. His littlest friend Emily Brooks. Special friends Bob and Sandy Naeker. Also survived by his extended Futrowsky family of the Washington D. C. area.

Services: Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, MD.
