Ryan McCann

Mr. Ryan Joseph McCann, 20, of Mt. Airy , died on Friday November 4, 2011 .

Born on March 14, 1991 in Havre de Grace , MD , he was the son of David James and Karen Gradoni McCann.

Ryan was a biology major at University of Maryland College Park , he spent many hours of his time at the research lab of Dr. Charles Delwich. He loved playing the drums, socializing and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church , Mt. Airy .

In addition to his parents he is survived by his two brothers, Sean David and Brendan Matthew McCann. His maternal grandparents, John and Marilyn Gradoni of Loudonville, NY, and his paternal grandparents, James Edward McCann of Bronxville, NY, and Clara Worden McCann of Albany NY. Longtime love Natasha Anne Tully. Aunts and uncles, Richard Gradoni and wife Kimberly of Frederick, MD, Sheila Sawicki and husband Edward of Loudonville, NY, Robert Gradoni and wife Mary of Schenectady, NY and Mariann Warner of Albany, NY. Also survived by numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends from 3-5 & 7-9pm on Monday November 7, 2011 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy, MD. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday November 8, at Calvary United Methodist Church 403 South Main Street, Mt. Airy . Interment will be private.
