Ruth Cline

Ruth B. Cline, 71, of Frederick, died Friday, April 1, 2016 at her home. She was the loving wife of the late Ronald D. Cline.

Born September 26, 1944 in Frederick, she was the daughter of Glenn A. Brubaker and the late Bertie P. Bussard Brubaker.

Ruth was a 1962 graduate of Frederick High School. She was a member of the Bush Creek Church of the Brethren where she loved quilting with the Bush Creek Ladies. She was a lifelong dairy farmer who loved to travel with her special friend Judy Ann Fouche.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her children, Renee Farmer and husband, Richard, R. Jason Cline and wife, Debbie, Rhonda Ballard and husband, James, and Roni Cline and fiance, Scott Hooper all of Frederick; grandchildren, Kristin Cheeks, Sydney and Tyler Cline, Nathan and Ian Farmer, Jared and Liam Hooper; and great-grandson, Hunter Kaetzel.

Ruth was preceded in death by twin sister, Daisy Brubaker and sister, Julia Flook.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6th at the Bush Creek Church of the Brethren in Monrovia with Revs. Leo and Melissa Barnes and Rev. Wallace Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
