Russell Long, III

Mr. Russell Donald Long, III, 56, of Frederick, MD passed away, Thursday, October 31, 2013 at his home.

Born on September 27, 1957 he was the son of Russell Donald Long, Jr. and step-mother Bonnie Long of Frederick and the late Janice Hann Long.

Russell worked for many years as a Land Surveyor and enjoyed collecting model trains in his spare time.

In addition to his father and step mother he is survived by his children Russell Donald Long, IV and wife Elizabeth of Sykesville and Randi Kemp and husband DJ of Frederick; grandchildren Michael Wenner, Alyssa Thompson and Kira Long; his sister Jacqueline Long and brothers Jeffrey and Jon Long.

The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 6-8PM where a funeral service will be held on Monday, November 4 at 11AM.
