Rupert "Rupe" Cuneen

Rupert "Rupe" Cuneen, age 84, of Sharpsburg, MD, died Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro.
Born July 22, 1923 in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, he was a son of the late Raymond and Mary Rubbert Cunneen.
He was a retired real estate agent with Machat Realty in Hagerstown.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving as a Petty Officer 1st Class in the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Shepherdstown, WV.
He is survived by one brother, Raymond Cunneen of Wisconsin, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Cunneen, and one brother, Vernon Cunneen.
A memorial mass will be announced at a later date.
There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 1603, Shepherdstown, WV 15443.
