Mrs. Ruby E. Burns, 69, of Frederick, died on Sunday May 2, 2010 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Barry T. Burns.
Born on April 31, 1941 in Winchester, Virginia she was the daughter of Helen Fox Turner of Leesburg, Virginia and the late Hardin Turner.
Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters Lisa and Helen Burns. Grandsons Joel Burns and Blake Evans. Sisters Doris Smith, Shirley Coates, Gail Turner and Debra Turner.

Services: Visitation will be held from 11:00am until time of Funeral Services at 1:00pm on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Elder Andy Ramsburg will officiate. Interment will be private.
