Ronald Rehrig

Mr. Ronald Lamar Rehrig 66, of Mount Airy, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014, at University of Maryland Hospital, Baltimore, after a long battle with leukemia, touching many hearts through his journey. He was the husband of Elizabeth Austin Rehrig, his wife of 17 years.
Born on August 11, 1948, in Bethlehem, PA he was the son of the late Allen W. and Mildred Rex Rehrig. Ron was a sales associate for several food distributors, most recently with US Foods in Severn, MD. He was an avid Redskins fan and loved The Beatles. Ron enjoyed traveling and collected cookie jars.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a brother, David Rehrig and wife Patty Jo of Lehighton, PA and was preceded in death by a sister, Dianne Rehrig.
A celebration of life will begin at 12:00 PM on Sunday, September 14, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy.
Interment will be private.
