Mr. Roland Easterday,67 , of Frederick,MD passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Roxann Easterday.
Born March 26, 1948 in Frederick, MD he was the son of the late Daniel H. and Carrie M. Young Easterday.
Roland was a graduate of Frederick High School. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Roland was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, camping and boating.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Ronald William Easterday and fiance Lisa Patton; granddaughter Erin Hiltner; siblings Richard Easterday and wife Donna of Knoxville, MD, Shirley M. Eshelman of Middletown, MD, Donald H. Easterday and wife Deborah of Lewistown, MD, Kay F. Wachter and husband Gary of Waynesboro, PA and Doris E. Harding and husband Terry of FL. He will also be remembered by Nicholas, Bimbo and Roy and many others.
He is preceded in death by his brother William L. Easterday and his sister Patricia A. Moore.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 7-9PM.
The family requests the attire to be casual.
