Robert L. Mann

Mr. Robert L. Mann, 72, of Hagerstown, formerly of Damascus passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday April 19, at University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore.

He was born on August 5, 1937 and was the son of the late Garland R. and Hilda Fawley Mann. He was the loving husband of June A. Mann, his wife of 55 years.

He was retired from Montgomery County Department of Transportation. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved watching the races. He also loved being with his family, his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also enjoyed all his new friends and neighbors of South Pointe, Hagerstown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Gail Senseney and husband Bob of Monrovia. Sons Robert Mann and wife Sonja of Frederick and Daniel Mann of Jefferson. Grandchildren; Derek Senseney and wife Mary, Erin Senseney, Robert Mann and wife Marcy, Rachel Cadden and husband Pat and Amanda Myers and husband Lee and Johnathan Mann. Two great grandchildren, Trenton Mann and Riley Cadden. Two sisters Louise Foster and husband Cecil and Marie Repass and husband John.

He was preceded in death by two brothers Garland Mann Jr., and Larry Mann and one sister Katherine Stanley.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 7-9pm on Thursday April 22, at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy.

Services: Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday April 23, in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Debra M. Linton will officiate. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Mt. Airy.
