Robert J. {Bob} Schrader

Mr. Robert J.(Bob) Schrader, 74, of Frederick died on Friday, October 19, 2007, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was husband of Delores M. Burch Schrader, his wife of 48 years.
He was a systems engineer for Vitro for 33 years.
Surviving in addition to his wife are 4 children: Carol Ferrara and husband Joseph of Germantown, Brenda Smith and husband David of Harpers Ferry, WV, Denise Stonestreet of Germantown and Keith Schrader and wife Sheri of Frederick; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Alice Schrader of Bethesda and a brother-in-law, Dr. Ted Meltzer of Bethesda. Mr. Schrader was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Schrader and 2 sisters: Xavia Meltzer and Lillian Howes.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM on Monday, October 22, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Services:
Services will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 23, with Rev. Mr. John L. Manley of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Frederick officiating.
Interment will take place in St. John's Cemetery, Frederick.
