Mr. Robert H. Johnson, Sr., 72, of Mt. Airy passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at his home. He was the loving husband of Diana Johnson for 34 years.
Born May 28, 1939, in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Hughes and Loretta Stewart Johnson.
Mr. Johnson was HVAC Mechanic for the B. Green and Co. Robert really enjoyed the outdoors and was known as “Mr. fix it” by his family and friends. He also enjoyed golfing and fishing.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Felicia Budd and husband Jim Reilman of Hunt Valley ; son Robert Johnson, Jr. and wife Sandy of Baltimore; sister Beverly Tomlinson and husband William of Towson, MD; grandchildren Jeffrey and Lauren Budd and Heather and Crystal Johnson.
He is predeceased by his grandson Jason Johnson.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 11AM-1PM where a memorial service will begin at 1PM. The Rev. Lloyd Fuss will officiate.
