Robert Fronzaglio

Mr. Robert “Bob” P. Fronzaglio, 70, of Mt. Airy, Maryland, passed away  Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital.  He was the husband of Wanda Lawson Fronzaglio.

Born January 8, 1942 in Donora, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph Frank and Clarinda Biasini Fronzaglio.

Mr. Fronzaglio retired after 36+ years with the Bell Atlantic Telephone Co. and was a member of the Pioneer Club.  After retirement, he worked for Scholastic Books for over 7+ years.  Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and was a diehard
Redskin and NASCAR fan.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son J.E. Fronzaglio and wife Debbie of Frederick, his brother Gerald Fronzaglio and wife Susan of Belle Vernon, PA, 3 step-grandchildren and 5 great step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He will also be remembered by the Wilson Family.  Bob will be missed by his loving dog, Cleopatra Dale and his granddog  Spanky.  He was preceded in death by a brother David Fronzaglio.

The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Friday, January 13, from 2-4 and 7-9pm, where services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or to the Alzheimers Association.
