Robert Bloyer, Sr.

Robert "Buck" K. Bloyer, Sr., 79, of Rohrersville, Maryland, passed from this life on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at his home.
Born on July 9, 1933, in Mt. Airy, Maryland, he was the son of the late William C. and Lela E. (Timmons) Bloyer.
Robert worked as a truck driver for most of his life.
He is survived by his daughter, Kendra S. Cole of Boonsboro; two sons, Robert K. Bloyer, Jr. of Williamsport, Maryland and Scott R. Bloyer of Boonsboro; one brother, Richard Bloyer of Mississippi; and one grandson, Darrell Bloyer of Williamsport. He is also survived by his companion of 20 years, Linda Frazier of Hagerstown, and their children David Frazier of Clear Spring, Maryland, Charlie Frazier of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, and Robert Rockwell of Illinois.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro. Rev. Robert V. Robinson will officiate. Final resting place ceremonies will follow at the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery at Locust Grove.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
