Richard C. Duncan III
February 26, 1947 — February 11, 2009
Mr. Richard C. Duncan III, 61 of Frederick passed away February 11, 2009 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Phyllis J. Duncan.
Born on February 26, 1947 in Electra, Texas, he was son of the late Richard C. Jr and Jewel Johnson Duncan.
Mr. Duncan served his country proudly for 20 years in the U. S. Army. He was an avid fisherman and coin collector. He enjoyed traveling and watching his grandchildren play ball and go fishing.
Surviving in addition to his wife are children; Richard C. Duncan IV and his wife Carrie of Thurmont and Julie Stanley and husband Eric also of Thurmont. Grandchildren Danny and Ashley Stanley. Two brothers J. Patrick and Michael F. Duncan both of Texas. Also survived by numerous friends.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday February 21, 2009 at 10:00am at the St. Frances Xavier Catholic Church. 22 West High Street, Gettysburg, PA. 17325.
Interment will be private.
